Jeff Fettes is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is the founder and CEO of Laivly, an artificial intelligence customer-service SaaS platform. Prior to Laivly, Fettes founded IntouchCX, a business process outsourcing firm that has grown to 27 campuses across the globe, including Canada, United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, with over 20,000 employees. As President of IntouchCX, he managed operations, IT, creative, human resources, and workforce planning, and was responsible for the strategic development of the company as it scaled. Fettes has demonstrated experience in supporting a range of businesses across various sectors, including technology, consumer internet, and e-commerce. His investment focus includes seed rounds, Series A, and Series B stages, with a geographical focus spanning Canada, United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has invested in companies such as Vetster, Hoot Reading, and Maple.
