Jenny Lawton

Overview

Jenny Lawton is a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor based in Easton, Connecticut. She has a strong track record of supporting startups, serving on boards, and providing strategic advice to companies like Sphero and Glowforge, where she also invested in their Series A funding round. She is the founder of Old School Venture, dedicated to helping startups scale, and serves as the Executive Vice President at Bolster, an executive talent marketplace. Additionally, she is a strategic advisor at Attend, a board member at the Scratch Foundation, and an advisor at Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab. Throughout her career, Lawton has held various leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer and later CEO of MakerBot, a leader in desktop 3D printing technology. She also served as COO of LittleBits, a STEM education technology company, and as COO and CIO at Techstars, a global startup accelerator.
