Overview

Established in 2005, Jiangsu Govtor Capital Group is a state-owned venture capital institution funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Government. The group focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, managing assets exceeding 290 billion RMB. It has invested in over 1,500 start-up and growth-stage enterprises, facilitating the successful listing of more than 260 portfolio companies on domestic and international capital markets. The group has received numerous accolades, including 'Top 20 Institutions in China’s 20 Years of Venture Capital,' 'China Competitive Venture Capital Institution,' and 'China Outstanding Venture Capital Institution.' It has consistently ranked in the top tier of China’s private equity and venture capital institution league tables. Currently, it serves as a Co-Chair unit of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee of the China Investment Association, Chair unit of the Jiangsu Investment Fund Industry Association, Chair unit of the Jiangsu Venture Capital Association, and Chair unit of the Jiangsu Angel Investment Alliance, among other leadership roles. The group is headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
