Jim Dugan is the Founding Managing Partner of OCA Ventures, specializing in Fintech investments. Jim serves on various non-profit Boards such as USOPF, NU Wave, 1871, IVCA, Illinois Institute of Technology, and HCHS HardShip Endowment Fund, among others.
