Jinal Jhaveri is a Venture Partner at Runa Capital, an international venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies. He has a strong background in deep tech, enterprise software, and fintech infrastructure, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS and edutech sectors. At Runa Capital, Jinal contributes to the firm's investment activities in the U.S. market, leveraging his extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Prior to joining Runa Capital, Jinal co-founded and served as CEO of SchoolMint, an online enrollment platform that assists over 16,000 schools in the U.S. with student attraction, enrollment, and retention. SchoolMint was acquired by BV Investment Partners, and Jinal currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He also founded Log(n), a company providing integrated remote engineering, design, and customer success teams in Central America. Additionally, Jinal held leadership roles at The Climate Corporation, MySpace, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. As an active investor, Jinal has been involved in over 75 technology companies, including Facebook, Square, GitHub, Zuora, 23andMe, Palantir, Cohesity, Impossible Foods, Automattic, and InVision. His investment portfolio also includes early-stage education companies such as GlimpseK12, KickUp, CourseDog, WonderSchool, Tailor-Ed, and SV Academy. Jinal resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.
