John Bautista

John Bautista is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, focusing on advising emerging companies and investors in the technology and life sciences sectors. He represents both public and private high-tech and life sciences companies in areas including corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, public company representation, and technology licensing.
