Jon M. Williams is the founder and CEO of Viridi Parente, a company specializing in energy storage solutions. Prior to establishing Viridi Parente, he led OSC Holdings, Inc., a group of companies engaged in environmental remediation and redevelopment of former industrial sites. His commitment to revitalizing abandoned manufacturing areas in Western New York is evident through projects like the Dowcraft Brownfield Redevelopment in 1998, which was the first brownfield redevelopment for a manufacturing facility in New York State. In addition to his work with Viridi Parente and OSC Holdings, Williams has been involved in various real estate and construction ventures. He developed the Medaille Sports Complex in Buffalo, New York, which opened in 2019 as the Medaille Sports Complex and later became Queen City Field. This facility served as the home for Medaille University's athletic teams and was intended to host professional soccer events. However, expansion plans for a professional soccer stadium were canceled in 2025 due to environmental concerns.
