Jonathan Ross Goodman is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Knight Therapeutics Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Montreal, Quebec. Knight focuses on acquiring or in-licensing innovative pharmaceutical products for the Canadian and select international markets. Under Goodman's leadership, Knight has expanded its portfolio to include over 100 products and established partnerships with more than 20 companies. The company operates in 11 countries across Latin America and employs over 700 individuals. Prior to founding Knight Therapeutics in 2014, Goodman co-founded Paladin Labs Inc. in 1995, serving as its President and CEO. In 2014, Paladin Labs was acquired by Endo Health Solutions Inc. for $3.2 billion. Goodman's strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in Paladin's success and subsequent acquisition. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts with Great Distinction from McGill University and the London School of Economics, an LL.B., and an M.B.A. from McGill University.
