Kamran Elahian

Kamran Elahian is an Iranian-American entrepreneur and venture capitalist based in Palo Alto, California. He is the founder and chairman of Global Innovation Catalyst, advising governments on transitioning from fossil-based economies to sustainable innovation economies. Over his career, he has co-founded ten technology companies, achieving seven successful exits, including three Unicorn IPOs with a combined market capitalization of over $8 billion. He also spent 15 years as Chairman of Global Catalyst Partners, a global venture capital firm with approximately $350 million under management, investing across the U.S., Japan, China, India, Israel, and Singapore. During this period, the firm’s portfolio included a fourth Unicorn IPO with a market capitalization of $6 billion, where Kamran served as a founding board member.
