He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Betterleap, a platform dedicated to helping healthcare professionals find the right opportunities with curated jobs, personalized recommendations, and an intuitive mobile app. He also serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Stipple.vc, a venture studio that partners with founders to build, launch, and scale startups, combining expertise, resources, and a hands-on approach to create lasting impact. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Board at Tyltgo, a company providing white-label same-day delivery for merchants. Prior to his current roles, Khaled co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer at Tilt, a mobile crowdfunding platform that was acquired by Airbnb. He also worked as the Payments Product Lead at Airbnb and served as the Chief Executive Officer at RedDoor, a tech-enabled mortgage platform. His earlier experiences include roles as a Product Manager at Rackspace Hosting and as the CEO of RiadaSoft, an offshore development house in Egypt. Khaled holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
