Overview

LIFTT EuroInvest is a venture capital firm based in Italy, focusing on early-stage investments in innovative startups and SMEs. Established as a joint venture between LIFTT and the European Investment Bank (EIB), LIFTT EuroInvest aims to support the next generation of European companies by investing in sectors such as life sciences, cybersecurity, deeptech, and cleantech. The firm operates with a total endowment of up to €50 million, matched by an additional €50 million from LIFTT, investing in deals selected by LIFTT and in line with European ESG and strategic criteria. The firm's investment strategy is characterized by a flexible, open-minded approach, free from predefined frameworks. Each project is assessed based on the real potential of the idea and the strength of the team behind it. LIFTT EuroInvest offers not only capital but also operational support, including managerial coaching, guidance on governance and internal organization, and connections with highly qualified specialists. Even in the later stages, from startup to early growth, the firm remains close to the companies it supports, investing directly or facilitating access to new capital through a solid, curated, international network.
