Limousin Business Angels is an association of private investors dedicated to financing and supporting the creation and development of businesses in the Limousin region of France. The association comprises individuals with extensive experience in business management, including company executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs. The association's investment strategy focuses on sectors such as high technologies, ceramics, new materials, environment, agri-food, health, and personal autonomy. Limousin Business Angels primarily invests in early-stage companies, including startups and businesses in development, with a strong emphasis on projects located in the Limousin region. The association has financed 76 companies with a total amount exceeding 13 million euros, creating or maintaining 810 jobs, and 73% of these companies remain active. Limousin Business Angels operates through a network of investors who collaborate to assess and invest in promising projects. The association also manages the Société d'Investissement des Business Angels du Limousin (SIBAL), a collective investment vehicle that allows members to pool their financial resources to fund more ambitious projects and diversify their investments while sharing risks.
