Established in 2019, LIP spans over 120 acres along the Kampala-Jinja Highway, strategically positioning it as a key industrial hub for both local and international trade. The park is certified by the Lugazi Municipal Council and the Uganda Investment Authority, reflecting its commitment to fostering industrialization and economic growth in Uganda. LIP's primary mission is to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by offering affordable, ready-to-use industrial spaces. The park provides fully serviced factory spaces equipped with essential utilities, allowing SMEs to focus on production without the burden of construction costs.
