Overview

Mackinnon Mackenzie, which was a member of the P&O Group (UK), now owned by DP World, has been closely associated with shipping since 1863 in what is now Pakistan and is the oldest shipping company in the country. \\ Mackinnons held the Agency for the renowned British-India Steam Navigation Co., until its takeover by P&O in 1973, for which Mackinnons continued to act as Agents in Pakistan until recently. Mackinnons Pakistan now concentrate more on activities like ships' crew manning, manpower recruitment for overseas employment, insurance and general surveys, air travel agency and shipping agency work for other principals.
