• Minimum initial investment: $1,000 for Investor Class, Class B, or Class C shares; $25,000 for Class A shares; $5,000,000 for Class I shares investing directly with the Fund; $500 for Investor Class, Class B, or Class C shares purchased through AutoInvest; $50 for subsequent purchases. Class R1, Class R2, Class R3 shares, and institutional shareholders in Class I shares have no initial or subsequent investment minimums.
