SIG is privately held and has accumulated a substantial financial base, it provides a rock solid source of financing for us and our portfolio companies through market cycles.\\We will be engaged, collaborative and passionate about your business. We will roll up our sleeves and work as hard as you to add value every day by accessing our deep relationships across your sectors, helping assess new business opportunities, and generally adding more strategic capacity. But that does not mean we will run your business. We are investors, not operators, and understand that successful companies are led by management teams and not by the board of directors. We play a supporting role in your leadership of the business.\\We think there are a lot of great reasons to work with us, including our track record, our portfolio of companies, and our collaborative style.
