Matías Muchnick

Matías Muchnick is a Chilean entrepreneur and angel investor known for his work in the food technology sector. He is the CEO and co-founder of NotCo, a company that leverages artificial intelligence to create plant-based food products that mimic traditional animal-based items. Under his leadership, NotCo has expanded its product line to include NotMayo, NotMilk, NotIceCream, and NotBurger, and has established partnerships with major international companies such as Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, and Starbucks.
