Overview

MH Innov’ is the corporate venture capital fund of Malakoff Humanis, established in 2018 with a capital of €250 million. The fund focuses on investing in innovative startups that are shaping the future of health and insurance, aligning with the group's values and commitments. MH Innov’ aims to be a committed partner to entrepreneurs, supporting them in creating a simplified and accessible quality healthcare system, financial security and inclusion, and improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable. The fund's investment strategy targets sectors such as e-health, InsurTech, Impact, and Human Resources. MH Innov’ invests directly or through partners like Eurazeo and Elaia Partners in the European tech ecosystem, aiming to support the growth of ambitious startups that can also develop mutually beneficial partnerships with Malakoff Humanis. Since its inception, the fund has supported the development of nearly 30 startups, including I-Virtual, Sêmeia, Lifen, Fasst, and WeCare@Work, with the ambition to enrich the value proposition offered to Malakoff Humanis clients in terms of health prevention, care coordination, and support for employee vulnerabilities. MH Innov’ is committed to ethical and responsible investment practices, as demonstrated by its participation in initiatives like the Do Tank Positive AI, launched in late 2022 by BCG GAMMA, Malakoff Humanis, Orange France, and L’Oréal. The fund's presence at events like VivaTech 2024 underscores its dedication to promoting responsible AI and innovation in the health and insurance sectors.
