Overview

Sverica has raised more than $700 million of equity capital over four funds. Sverica's investment focus is on entrepreneur-operated businesses in the lower-middle market, where Sverica's investment professionals follow three core themes: seeking sustainable growth; building and partnering with industry-leading management teams; and reinvesting back into portfolio companies to build organizations that will prosper long after our investment. Sverica is currently investing out of Fund IV, a $275 million committed capital fund raised in 2016. \\Sverica invests in leading growth-oriented companies with recurring/repeatable revenue or replicable unit economics models. In evaluating new investments, Sverica's focus is on a company's reputation with its customers, employees, suppliers and its potential for growth and development. \\Sverica targets companies with more than $3 million of EBITDA that are less than $100 million in total enterprise value in the Business and IT Services, Healthcare Services, and High-Value Industrial sectors.
