Misha Esipov

Overview

Misha Esipov is an angel investor and the CEO of Nova Credit, a company dedicated to providing credit data solutions for immigrants. Under his leadership, Nova Credit has developed the Credit Passport®, a product that enables newcomers to the United States to access financial services by translating their international credit histories into U.S.-equivalent credit reports and scores. This innovation has facilitated financial inclusion for individuals from various countries, including Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Prior to founding Nova Credit in 2016, Esipov gained experience in private equity and investment banking. He worked at Apollo Global Management and Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in executing significant corporate financing, mergers, and acquisitions. His background in finance and his personal experience as an immigrant have driven his commitment to addressing the challenges faced by individuals without a U.S. credit history. Esipov holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Finance from New York University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
