Overview

MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein mbH was founded in 1994 on the initiative of the government of Schleswig-Holstein as a regional holding company. The task of MBG is to strengthen the equity base of SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein, and thus also to improve the conditions for the raising of external capital. The MBG is involved in the regulation of so-called silent participations in typical medium-sized companies. In individual cases, it is also involved in the form of open participation.
