Mollie Fadule

Overview

Mollie Fadule is a seasoned leader in the commercial real estate industry, recognized for her expertise in real estate private equity and technology. She co-founded Cephas Partners, a private equity firm specializing in alternative investments with a primary focus on real estate opportunities. At Cephas Partners, she worked exclusively with The Blackstone Group, managing complex real estate transactions across three continents and serving on the investment committee. Prior to this, Mollie was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Principal Investments group in New York. She also served as an analyst in the Real Estate Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. In addition to her role at Cephas Partners, Mollie serves as the Chief Financial and Investment Officer at JPI, a developer, builder, and investment manager of Class A multifamily assets. She is also a board member of Urban Housing Ventures, Pallet Shelter, and Landsea Homes (NASDAQ: LSEA). Mollie is an advisory board member for the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington and previously served on the CREW Network Board, supporting over 11,000 women in commercial real estate. Mollie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Science from Harvard University. Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including Seattle's 40 Under 40, The Dallas 500, CRE Woman of Influence, and NAIOP’s National Developing Leader Award. She was also featured as a BisNow Seattle Power Woman and an AEC Innovator.
