Molly Bennard

Overview

Molly Bennard is a financial services executive with extensive experience in wealth management and business development. She currently serves as the President of International Operations at Focus Financial Partners, where she leads the firm's global growth strategy and oversees operations of its international business partners. Prior to this role, Bennard was the Chief Executive Officer of Connectus Wealth Advisers, a partner firm of Focus, where she was responsible for executing the firm's global growth strategy. She joined Connectus after more than seven years with Focus, where she was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Focus' Northeast M&A team, with additional responsibility for Focus' expansion in Australia and the development and launch of Connectus. Bennard has two decades of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in growth strategy, practice management, and operations in the independent wealth management sector. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. In her current role, Bennard is responsible for the leadership and execution of Focus Financial Partners' international growth strategy and overseeing the operations of its international business partners. She works alongside local management and advisors to drive transformative growth, deliver better client solutions and outcomes, foster innovation, and build and leverage shared services to generate scale and efficiency. Bennard's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in expanding Focus Financial Partners' global presence and enhancing its service offerings to clients worldwide.
