In September 2025, Monark and Apex Fintech Solutions collaborated to provide retail investors with access to private markets, including pre-IPO opportunities, through a unified platform. This partnership aims to democratize access to private investments, previously reserved for high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Additionally, Monark's integration with InteliClear in June 2025 enables seamless processing of alternative investments within existing back-office systems, streamlining operations for brokerage firms and enhancing the overall efficiency of private market transactions.
