Positive – Independent – Proactive \\Munich Private Equity Partners ("MPEP") is the investment management arm of RWB Group. It targets top quartile returns for both retail and institutional clients with specifically tailored solutions. \\The firm is headquartered in Oberhaching near Munich, Germany and has its Asian base in Shanghai, China. As at June 2012 the firm had over USD 2.3bn of assets under management and ongoing relationships with many of the world‘s leading private equity managers.\\Established as an independent brand in 2011, MPEP builds on many years of experience built up within the RWB Group and the experience of its investment team members. As an owner managed business, the firm has an entrepreneurial, innovative and dynamic approach and strives to maintain a relentless dedication to improvement and the highest standards of customer service at all times. \\The team is led by Horst Güdel, Norman Lemke and John Morrison who have long standing experience investing in private equity on both a direct level and on a fund level. The multi-national investment team is split up by regions (Emerging Markets, Europe and North America) and its cultural diversity and international perspective provides MPEP with genuine insight into local markets, globally. \\During 2012 MPEP continued to achieve access to top class managers: over 90% of investments made were into funds which were oversubscribed.
