Overview

REACH UK is a real estate technology scale-up program created by Second Century Ventures, a strategic technology investment fund backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. The program aims to accelerate the adoption of promising new technologies across the real estate ecosystem and its ancillary industries, including finance, banking, and insurance. REACH UK offers mentorship from real estate, venture capital, and technology sector leaders, education on navigating the global property industry, and exclusive speaking opportunities at impactful conferences and trade shows. The program focuses on early-stage companies, particularly those in the pre-seed and seed stages, providing them with access to a network of industry executives, investors, mentors, and entrepreneurs across Europe and the global REACH network. REACH UK has a history of supporting companies like BuiltAPI GmbH, which graduated from the program in April 2025, securing strategic investment and expanding its services across Europe and the UK. REACH UK's mission is to help the most promising new technology companies launch and scale in real estate and adjacent industries through an intensive event-based program. By leveraging an exceptional community of real estate industry executives, investors, mentors, and entrepreneurs, REACH UK aims to revolutionize the real estate landscape by fostering innovation and supporting the growth of technology companies in the sector.
