Once the existing portfolio has been divested and the profits distributed to shareholders, the board intends to propose a voluntary liquidation of the company. In October 2024, Nikolai Jebsen was appointed as interim CEO of NAXS AB, succeeding Gösta Lundgren. The management now consists of Mr. Jebsen as CEO and Mr. Lundgren in his longstanding position as CFO. The company's shares are listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, and it primarily invests in private equity funds with a Nordic focus, but may also make direct investments or co-investments alongside private equity or other alternative assets funds. In addition, NAXS may, to a limited extent, make other types of investments.
