NRW.Venture has been active in the market for over 15 years, with a total volume of 400 million euros across multiple fund generations. The fund's investment focus includes sectors such as climate tech, information and communication technology, life sciences, digital economy, clean tech, sustainability technologies, and agricultural technologies. NRW.Venture invests alongside private-sector co-investors, providing equity capital of up to 15 million euros per company over several financing rounds. The typical financing duration ranges from three to seven years, with investments structured as direct minority stakes or convertible loans. NRW.Venture's experienced team, comprising professionals with extensive venture capital experience, offers not only capital but also additional support, including company building and governance development. Investment Focus

• Company must have its headquarters or economic focus in North Rhine-Westphalia
• At least one other investor must also provide capital
• Company should have successfully completed early financing rounds such as Seed or Business Angel investments
• Management must demonstrate through solid planning that a positive operational cash flow is achievable within a maximum of three years and that financing is secured
