NXT Investment Club is a collaborative investment structure that brings together experienced investors to support the growth of scale-ups, SMEs, and innovative high-potential start-ups in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. By pooling expertise, networks, and capital, NXT aims to strengthen deal analysis, share risks, and foster co-investments among its members. The club offers a secure framework with legal and administrative support, providing access to an experienced community and facilitating exclusive co-investment opportunities. The club focuses on early-stage investments, particularly in seed and Series A rounds, with a minimum investment of €75,000 over three years. Members are actively involved in decision-making, contributing their expertise and networks to the due diligence process and strategic decisions. Supported by experienced Chapter Leads and the BeAngels team, NXT ensures that each member can participate according to their availability and expertise. The club emphasizes tax transparency and offers flexibility for complementary investments, expansion for new investors, or the creation of new clubs. NXT's portfolio spans various industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, industrial goods, services, media, telecommunications, energy, financial services, real estate, transportation, education, agriculture, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
