One Mind Accelerator

Overview

One Mind Accelerator is a program dedicated to supporting early-stage startups focused on mental health innovation. The program offers a 10-week intensive hybrid curriculum that combines cohort-based and customized, milestone-driven programming to help founders rapidly build and scale their companies. Participants receive mentorship from a network of over 300 experts, guidance on fundraising, business development, and founder development, as well as facilitated meetings with potential partners and investors. The program culminates in a Demo Day, providing startups with the opportunity to showcase their progress to a broader audience. Since its inception in 2023, One Mind Accelerator has supported multiple cohorts of startups, each selected from hundreds of applicants. The program has expanded its reach, with the 2025 cohort growing from 10 to 16 companies. These startups span various stages, including Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A, and are developing solutions across a range of mental health challenges, from serious mental illness to youth mental health and precision psychiatry. The program emphasizes a tailored approach, customizing support to each company's unique needs and roadmap. The accelerator leverages One Mind's extensive network of scientists, investors, entrepreneurs, operators, policymakers, payers, providers, and mental health advocates to serve as mentors and subject matter experts. This network provides startups with unparalleled access to resources and expertise, aiming to accelerate innovation in the mental health ecosystem. The program is supported by leading philanthropists and corporations, reflecting a collective commitment to advancing mental health solutions and improving the lives of those affected by mental illness.
