Origgin Ventures is a Singapore-based venture capital firm specializing in deep-tech startups through its Venture Co-Creation (VCC®) model. The firm focuses on transforming scientific breakthroughs from universities and research institutes into commercially viable solutions. By providing initial capital and hands-on support, Origgin Ventures guides startups from inception to success, creating value for stakeholders. Since its inception in 2017, the firm has successfully spun off more than 40 deep-tech startups from partner universities such as NUS, NTU, Harvard, and ETH Zurich. The firm's investment strategy centers on early-stage companies in sectors like advanced engineering, medtech, sustainability, agri-food, and information and communication technologies (ICT). Origgin Ventures collaborates closely with research institutions, corporations, and governments to identify untapped innovations and co-create scalable companies. Origgin Ventures has expanded its presence beyond Singapore to Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, and China, establishing a strong regional footprint.
