Palisade Real Assets is a global infrastructure and real assets manager focusing on mid-market investments adjacent to traditional core infrastructure sectors. Established in 2021, the firm operates across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, managing over A$10 billion in assets. Their investment philosophy centers on four key themes: digitisation, decarbonisation, urbanisation, and logistics. The firm employs a top-down, thematically focused origination process combined with a bottom-up, targeted asset characteristic filter. This approach is supported by a dedicated team of approximately nine investment and technical specialists, complemented by a UK-based development and operational asset management team of around 45 people. The operational team, branded as Eco2 Management Services Limited (EMSL), has a long track record of developing and managing high-performing energy transition assets from conception through to the ongoing operational asset management phase. Palisade Real Assets' flagship investment platform is BioticNRG Ltd, a bioenergy platform focused on UK anaerobic digestion assets and adjacent infrastructure. The overarching objective of BioticNRG is to own and operate infrastructure assets that capture and convert energy from organic waste into efficient heat, electricity, and transport solutions. Anaerobic digestion is a well-understood asset class, and the EMSL operational team is particularly well-placed to deal with the operational complexities required to deliver strong and stable investment returns, and positive environmental outcomes, to their investor partners.
