As a result of this merger, Bermuda-based insurance holding company Paraline Group joined Neon Holdings Ltd. as Beat's strategic investment partner. The £110 million Paraline Syndicate 4242 at Lloyd's was renamed Beat Syndicate 4242. In June 2024, Ambac Financial Group, Inc., an insurance holding company, acquired a 60% controlling stake in Beat Capital Partners for approximately $282 million. This acquisition propelled Ambac to the forefront of the specialty program insurance market, aligning with its vision of being a premier destination for managing general agents (MGAs).
