Overview

Paul Judge is a technology entrepreneur and investor specializing in cybersecurity and innovative technology solutions. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Panoramic Ventures, a venture capital firm that supports underrepresented tech founders. Since its launch in June 2020, Panoramic Ventures has invested in 75 Black and Latino startups. Judge also serves as the chairman and co-founder of the Open Opportunity Fund, which focuses on investing in diverse founders and university spinout companies across the United States. He was the chief technology officer and co-founder of CipherTrust, an email security firm acquired by Secure Computing in 2006. He also co-founded Purewire, a web security company acquired by Barracuda Networks in 2009, where he served as chief research officer through its IPO in 2013. Additionally, Judge co-founded Luma Home, a consumer Wi-Fi company acquired in 2018. His expertise spans various sectors, including enterprise security, web security, and consumer connectivity.
