Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Fund I (PRIF I) is a private equity fund dedicated to sustainable infrastructure investments across Africa. The fund raised USD 302 million and achieved its final close in 2016. As of June 2025, it has made eight investments, with three successful exits in prior years.
