Overview
Personae is an accelerator program dedicated to fostering the growth of startups that develop innovative welfare solutions in Italy. The accelerator offers selected startups an initial investment of €100,000 in exchange for equity, with the possibility of follow-on investments ranging from €200,000 to €300,000 for the most promising teams. The program includes a four-month intensive acceleration phase, mentorship, and access to a network of investors and corporate partners. It focuses on sectors such as technology, healthcare, social services, education, and financial services, among others. Personae has been operational since its first edition in January 2023 and continues to support startups in various stages of development, from seed to growth. The program is headquartered in Turin, Italy, and operates across the country, aiming to address social vulnerabilities through innovative solutions and scalable models.
