Peter Boyce II

Overview

Peter Boyce II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stellation Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to founding Stellation Capital, he spent eight years as a Partner at General Catalyst, a prominent venture capital firm investing in transformative companies. During his tenure at General Catalyst, Peter worked closely with portfolio companies such as Ro, Atom Finance, Hellosaurus, Clay, Summer, Macro, Cadre, Mark43, Outdoor Voices, Great Jones, Jet.com (acquired by Walmart), Rebag, Major League Hacking, and Workflow (acquired by Apple). In addition to his work at General Catalyst, Peter co-founded and advises Rough Draft Ventures, a program supporting technology entrepreneurship on university campuses. Through this initiative, he has supported a community of over 275 early-stage startups founded by students and recent graduates, including Instabase, FreeWill, Spring Health, Ribbon Health, Snackpass, Parade, Fireflies, Reverie Labs, Getaway, Cobalt Robotics, LogRocket, Pavlov (acquired by Coinbase), and Legalist. Peter holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Secondary in Computer Science from Harvard University, with a focus on Behavioral Economics and Network Theory. He grew up in New York City, where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School. Peter's investment strategy focuses on early-stage technology and healthcare startups, with a particular emphasis on companies that leverage innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
