Overview

Petershill Partners is a diversified, global alternatives investment group focused on private equity and other private capital strategies. Through its economic interests in more than 20 Partner-firms, the company provides investors with exposure to the growth and profitability of the alternative asset management industry. As of 5 December 2025, Petershill Partners is no longer publicly listed or traded. The company aims to deliver diversified, highly visible, risk-adjusted returns from private markets to investors. It invests into Partner-firms whose funds generate earnings, primarily in the form of fees. Petershill Partners participates in the fee income from more than 200 underlying funds that are diversified across multiple factors such as asset class, investment strategy, and investment lifecycle. Petershill Partners was established in 2007 and was admitted to the London Stock Exchange as a premium-listed business on 1 October 2021. However, in September 2025, the company announced plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange, citing dissatisfaction with share price performance and valuation. The delisting was completed on 5 December 2025, and the company's securities are no longer listed under the closed-ended investment funds category. Despite this, Petershill Partners continues to operate as a private investment firm, focusing on its core strategy of acquiring minority stakes in alternative asset management businesses.
