Overview
Formed in 2004, Pine Street Capital Partners provides capital to lower middle market companies (typically $10- $75 million in revenue). We invest with experienced and committed management teams in established companies, providing mezzanine and equity capital in sponsored and unsponsored transactions in support of the following activities:\\Growth capital\Strategic acquisitions\Private equity sponsored buyouts\Management buyouts\Recapitalizations\Shareholder dividends\\Our investments are typically made in the form of subordinated debt with warrants. We will consider equity co-investments on a case by case basis. Our preferred mezzanine investment size ranges from $3 million to $10 million. We will invest up to $2 million in equity alongside a debt investment. We believe our investment structure is attractive in the right situations in that it provides needed capital while allowing the existing or new owners to retain a greater level of ownership and control of the company.\\We are currently investing out of our new fund, Pine Street Capital Partners III, which is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ('SBIC').
