It provides a platform for its members to view and exchange information about investment opportunities in high-potential, early-stage and emerging growth companies.\\Plains Angels is an initiative of the Greater Des Moines Partnership and was founded in 2012 by co-founders and co-managers Mike Colwell and Tej Dhawan.\
