Ponooc VC has also invested in other companies such as Swapfiets, a bicycle subscription service, and Unu, a Berlin-based electric scooter startup. In 2024, Ponooc VC launched Move Energy Fund I, a new venture capital fund focused on accelerating the energy transition in the Netherlands and Western Europe. This marked a significant step in their mission to invest in early-stage scale-ups at the forefront of innovating both hardware and software solutions contributing to the energy transition. As a result, Ponooc VC no longer has an active investment mandate, and the management of their current funds was taken over by Move Energy.
