Pradeep Padala

Overview

Pradeep Padala is an angel investor and entrepreneur with a focus on cloud infrastructure and automation technologies. He is the founder and CEO of Fylamynt, a cloud automation platform that enables engineering teams to build, run, and analyze automation workflows securely for any cloud with minimal coding. Fylamynt has attracted significant investment, including a $6.5 million seed funding round led by Gradient Ventures, with participation from Mango Capital and Point72 Ventures. Prior to Fylamynt, Dr. Padala co-founded ContainerX, an enterprise-grade container management platform that was acquired by Cisco. He has also held engineering and research positions at VMware and NTT DoCoMo Labs, and served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Dr. Padala holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS from the University of Florida. His investment interests are centered on early-stage startups in the cloud infrastructure and automation sectors, with a particular focus on companies developing innovative solutions in these areas. He is actively involved in mentoring and supporting emerging companies, leveraging his extensive experience in both technical and entrepreneurial domains.
