Overview

Privium Fund Management is a global investment management firm that offers both offshore and onshore structures for alternative and traditional asset classes across various jurisdictions. Their services include start-up support, compliance, fund structuring, marketing assistance, investment management oversight, middle office operations, and risk management. Privium has offices in Amsterdam, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and a representative office in Shanghai. They are regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Established in 2008, Privium Fund Management has developed into an all-round fund management company for both traditional and alternative asset classes. Privium's main investors are private banks, family offices, wealth managers, and some institutional investors. Their funds are not available for distribution to or investment by US investors, as they are not registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 or the United States Investment Company Act of 1940.
