Overview

PSV Tech is a Copenhagen-based early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to supporting Nordic startups in the fields of AI, software, and digital infrastructure. Established in 2020 as part of the PSV Venture House, the firm focuses on investing in companies at the pre-seed and seed stages, aiming to strengthen Europe's technological self-reliance by backing founders before product-market fit. PSV Tech operates through a hybrid structure that includes PSV Foundry, PSV Lab, and two venture funds: PSV Tech and PSV Hafnium. This approach allows the firm to support founders from the pre-product/market fit stage, offering flexibility in investment approaches. The firm has secured backing from prominent investors such as ATP, EIFO, and The Danish Society of Engineers (IDA), as well as successful Nordic tech entrepreneurs. PSV Tech's first fund led to 47 investments and several exits, including companies like Helloflow and Heyhack. The launch of Tech Fund II, targeting €70 million, continues the firm's strategy of strengthening Europe's technological self-reliance through early and targeted support of high-potential startups.
