Our new use of technology has fundamentally disrupted the existing model by giving the customer everything they've been demanding, for a fraction of the cost. There are three things that we think set us apart: 1) Most importantly the very best Local Property Experts who support our customers the whole way through the process from the free valuation, through photo's, floor plans and advertising, conducting viewings (if required) to achieving the very best possible price. 2) State of the art eZie software platform, giving both customer and Local Property Expert access to all the facts 24/7. 3) Heavy-weight marketing on radio & TV plus via RightMove, Zoopla & Primelocation. We don't have high street estate agency offices so we're able to concentrate on delivering for the customer and rewarding the very best, most highly experienced and customer focused Estate Agents in the country.
