Qmulus is a Dutch single-family office managing a diversified investment portfolio with a primary focus on the American markets, emphasizing absolute return strategies. In addition to portfolio management, Qmulus holds majority or minority stakes in a select number of companies. In Private Equity, Qmulus Invest provides growth capital to successful Dutch companies to realize their growth objectives, with a long-term horizon and a clear focus on Buy and Build strategies. In Real Estate, Qmulus Vastgoed invests in a property portfolio with a mix of residential, retail, and office spaces, focusing on (re)development for rental purposes. In Liquid Investments, a growing portion of liquid assets is allocated to investments in stocks and options. Qmulus has been involved in several notable transactions, including the acquisition of a majority stake in Heinenoord Assuradeuren by NN Group in July 2021, and the sale of Kamernet to HousingAnywhere in February 2021.
