Quest is the result of a culmination of ideas, beliefs, experiences and dreams. Howard Birch and Karl Banschbach met and became friends while attending Montana State University in the mid-1980s. Both earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Engineering Technology and secured positions with major construction companies upon graduation.\\In early 2000, Howard and Karl began planning the inception of Quest. The original business concept was simple – build a profitable and progressive company while encouraging a balance between professional and personal life commitments.\\Quest is a family oriented company and operates under the following three core values:\\Entrepreneurial Spirit, Excellence, and Energy
