In May 2025, he launched Harbinger Sports Partners alongside Mark Cuban and Steve Cannon. Williams is also a limited partner in the Atlanta Falcons, demonstrating his commitment to the sports industry. Prior to his current ventures, Williams co-founded Queensbridge Venture Partners, where he was an early investor in companies like Robinhood, Coinbase, Casper, Ring, PillPack, Lyft, and Dropbox.
