In 2008, he joined Jay-Z's Roc Nation, managing artists such as Wale, Meek Mill, DJ Nice, and Solange. In 2013, he helped launch Roc Nation Sports, serving as vice president and working with athletes like Victor Cruz, CC Sabathia, Skylar Diggins-Smith, and Robinson Cano. His diverse experience spans music, sports, and media, contributing to his reputation as a visionary entrepreneur with a track record in starting companies, investing in emerging brands, and disrupting existing markets.
