He is a General Partner at North Bridge Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital and growth equity firm he co-founded in 1994. Prior to this, he served in various roles at Hambro International Equity Partners and worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and as a certified public accountant with Arthur Young & Company. He holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. At North Bridge, D'Amore focuses on a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer products, industrial, energy, financial services, media, telecommunications, business services, education, transportation, real estate, retail, consumer services, and materials.
